Still a few days waiting for Liefjes' kittens Serial part 2

Liefje is very busy these last days of her pregnancy.She has to meet with the inconveniences of pregnancy and building her den. 

Liefje is a set on a perfect hygiene, so she tries to wash her body conscientiously. Fortunately her mother keeps an eye on her and often Dashima gives her a tongue with cleaning. 

After her daily hygienic activities she has to rest in her hammock, usually with her mother Deshima.

Liefje is ready to receive her kittens and she is able to feed them. Her teats are swollen and pink so her milk bar is ready for opening and welcome her kittens.

Since a few  weeks Liefje is looking for the perfect place for her den and we are helping her. Liefje has an awkward taste for suitable places, so we try to show her better places for her den. She is very persistent in her choices: a very small house in the cat tree, or worse on the ground floor of the cat tree under the hammock. 

Our favourite choice. We need her and her kittens in a safe place, where we are able to assist her and her kittens when necessary. We are all busy creating asuitable den for her and every cat is interested and inspecting them.

Liefje is not amused, so we put extra soft furnishing to make her den make appealing. And it really does seem to help.

Finally Liefje gets inspired and she takes it upon herself to create the perfect den and at the same time undermine our attempts.Jazzy Jazz is helping us, she inspects the play pen thoroughly. The soft furnishing and central heating impresses her, but the main attraction are the snacks.

Hurray, hurray, Liefje is willing to give the pen a second assessment and when we cover the den with an extra quilt she is almost content. She needs to make a few adaptations still.

Finally Liefje appears to be interested and DIY is starting, with hullabaloo.

These were very tiring days, we had to be very patient and very creative to help Liefje find her perfect den. We could not have done it without our other Bengals, who always enthusiastically gave their assessments and suggestions
